The purpose of Co-operative Bank is to take care of the economic interests of their members by way of co-operation. Its purpose is more social and less economic. If the Co-operative Bank empowers the women in the society, economically, the perception in the society about women is bound to change. The WBSCARDB Ltd. not only provides loan but also provides orientation training & skill development training to SHG women in its ICMARD/ RICMARD training centre as well as on-location training to many PCARDBs so that they can run their business in a better way.
