Rules & Guidelines:

The booking is governed by rules of reservation framed by The WBSCARD Bank Ltd. Reservation is generally made on first-cum first-serve basis subject to availability of seats. The reservation for dormitory is given 60 days ahead of the scheduled date of reservation.

• Booking is non-transferable.
• Day will be counted from 10 A.M. to 10 A.M. of the following day. Time of arrival at the Hostel will be at 10 A.M. on the date of occupancy.
• The authority reserves the right to cancel booking in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• In case a tourist shortens the duration of his stay, the amount paid for the unoccupied period will not be refunded.
• Alcoholic Drinks, Smoking etc. are strictly prohibited in Hostel.
• Cooking is not permitted in the room.
• Production of photo identity while reporting at reception is mandatory.
• Authority has the power to take legal action against anybody for disobeying the rules instructions issued from time to time.
• If you want to book for 1 (one) day, please select same date for Booking form Date and Booking to Date.
• Rules are subject to change.
• Stick of any bill on walls of the Halls is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation norms are proposed to be as follows:

1. For cancellation more than 30 days before the date of Booking – No Cancellation Charges ie. Refund of full amount of booking.
2. For cancellation prior to 16 – 30 days of Booking ~ Cancellation Charges @ 20% of Full Booking amount?
3. For cancellation prior to 07 – 15 days of Booking – Cancellation Charges @ 30% of Full Booking amount.
4. For cancellation less than 07 days – No Refund will be given.
5. If the Cancellation is done from the Govt. side due to some emergent program, the entire amount of reservation charges will be refunded.
