Booking Policy :-

The booking is governed by rules of reservation framed by The WBSCARD Bank Ltd. Reservation is generally made on first-cum first-serve basis subject to availability of seats. The reservation for dormitory is given 60 days ahead of the scheduled date of reservation.

• Booking is non-transferable.
• Day will be counted from 10 A.M. to 10 A.M. of the following day. Time of arrival at the Hostel will be at 10 A.M. on the date of occupancy.
• The authority reserves the right to cancel booking in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• In case a tourist shortens the duration of his stay, the amount paid for the unoccupied period will not be refunded.
• Alcoholic Drinks, Smoking etc. are strictly prohibited in Hostel.
• Cooking is not permitted in the room.
• Production of photo identity while reporting at reception is mandatory.
• Authority has the power to take legal action against anybody for disobeying the rules instructions issued from time to time.
• If you want to book for 1 (one) day, please select same date for Booking form Date and Booking to Date.
• Rules are subject to change.
• Stick of any bill on walls of the Halls is strictly prohibited.
• Each room having the specified number of beds is meant strictly for equivalent number of persons. Only two children below the age of 10 years will be allowed free.
• In case of power failure, where generator is available, power supply will be done from 6.00 P.M. to 10.00 P.M. in the evening. The facility of Air-Conditioner and Geyser will be withdrawn temporarily in case of power failure.
• Visitors are responsible and have to pay for loss or damage of any article by them inside the room.
• No pets are allowed inside room.
• Physical on-location booking facility is currently available. In case of availability of room/hall at ICMARD, You may money transfer via NEFT on following account for confirmation of booking:- Account Name/Pay to: ICMARD    PNB Current A/c No-0820050002951   IFSC: PUNB0082020

• After making payment to specified Bank account you may drop email at icmard.kol@gmail.com for confirmation of booking.
• Online booking facility will be introduced shortly.

Cancellation norms are as follows:

• For cancellation more than 30 daysbefore the date of Booking – No Cancellation Charges i.e., Refund of full amount of booking.
• For cancellation prior to 16 – 30 daysof Booking ~ Cancellation Charges @ 20% of Full Booking amount.
• For cancellation prior to 07 – 15 daysof Booking – Cancellation Charges @ 30% of Full Booking amount.
• For cancellation less than 07 days– No Refund will be given.
• If the Cancellation is done from the Govt. side due to some emergent program/due to unavoidable circumstances, the entire amount of reservation charges inclusive of taxes/GST will be refunded.
